Cochin, the spice trading center of Kerala is 220 km away from the state capital Thiruvananthpuram. It is one of the prosperous cities of Kerala which is referred to as the gateway of Kerala. The airport in Cochin known as the Nedumbassery Airport is the largest airport in Kerala and one of the busiest one in India.
